Terms and Conditions

By confirming a booking or remitting a payment to Lanzasuviaje, the client agrees to be bound by the terms, conditions, and cancellation guidelines specified in this document.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

* Balance clearance: The full remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days prior to departure. For peak-season tours, luxury cruises, or specific international circuits, balance clearance may be required up to 45 days prior.

.Late payments: Failure to clear outstanding payments by the designated due date reserves the Company the right to cancel the booking and apply standard retention fees from the deposit held.

* Exchange rate adjustments: Quoted package rates involving foreign exchange (Forex) are subject to revision prior to final balance clearance in the event of major currency fluctuations, sudden fuel surcharges, or statutory tax hikes.
